What is What Comes Next?
What Comes Next is a limited-series podcast on Advertising Week 360 that explores how accessibility and authentic disability representation are shaping the future of advertising, design, and product development. The show interviews the marketers, advertisers, and designers behind accessible products and the campaigns that brought them to life. In the words of its own opening: it uses real stories to explore the future of accessibility, inclusion, and the ideas shaping what comes next.
The show's editorial premise, stated in Episode 1, is that Disabled consumers represent a 675 billion dollar consumer market segment (per a 2026 Disability:IN study), yet up to 25 percent of audiences do not see themselves reflected in the campaigns and products marketed to them. What Comes Next argues that this is a creativity and innovation opportunity, not only a representation problem.
